At DEIC, we believe in the power of collaboration to create a vibrant, walkable, and thriving downtown. As a Special Improvement District (SID), we’re a diverse group of property owners, businesses, and community partners working together to enhance our neighborhood. 

Our Mission 

Our goal is simple: make Downtown Euclid a beautiful, safe, and lively destination to live, work, and play. By maintaining the streetscape, promoting walkability, and fostering partnerships, we aim to create a district that residents and visitors are proud to support.

Key Initiatives 

• Clean & Safe Services: We ensure that our downtown is inviting, wellmaintained, and secure for everyone. 

• Community Events: We organize exciting events throughout the year to bring the community together and boost local businesses. 

• Storefront Activation: We actively address vacant spaces by working with business and property owners to attract new tenants. 

• Marketing & Branding: Through partnerships and promotional efforts, we position Downtown Euclid as the go to place for dining, shopping, and recreation.

Our Progress So Far 

We’re proud of the strides we’ve made:

•  Partnering with the City of Euclid, the Euclid Chamber of Commerce, and local businesses, to  gather feedback from for use in developing solutions that improve the district experience.

•  Hosting a summer series of events to engage the community and support our business owners.
